Aging: 12 months in Slavonian oak wood and French oak barriques, at least 4 months in the bottle
Aroma: wild flowers, red fruits and a touch of nutmeg
Taste: in the mouth it enters dry, fresh, with the right amount of softness in contrast to the tannins
Pairings: starters of cured meats and medium-aged cheeses, succulent first courses and roasted white and red meats. Serve at 18°C
