The label shows Kairos' connection to the Harlequin project: Harlequin's costume is made up of pieces of many colors, just as wine is made up
of 15 different grapes, each with its own characteristics. In ancient Greek, Kairos means "the opportunity, at the right time".
The addition of the sundial and the clock express the idea of the exact time.
